NYC Marathon Training Run

Training for New York City marathon or a different Fall marathon? Join us for a 20 mile, supported run. Meet new training buddies, change up the scenery and get your miles in. Runners don't let other runners run alone, especially on loooooong runs.

When:  Sunday, September 30, 2012

Time:  7:00am (check in at 6:45am)

Bonus:  TIMEX reps will be at the run with sample GPS units to test out on the run. There is limited supply and will be available  for participants on a first-come first-serve basis. Thank you TIMEX!!

Course:  Four 5 mile loops with some flats and rolling hills. Runners can choose to run 5, 10, 15 or 20 miles. Two aid stations will be available approximately 2.5 miles apart.  There will be water, Gatorade Pro-Series and sports gels/chews at the Fleet Feet Montclair aid station location. The second aid station will have water and Gatorade Pro-Series. The course will be chalked. Thank Gatorade Pro-Series for donating the drink!

On The Run:  Be kind to mother nature and your neighbors by dropping all garbage in garbage cans/bags. If one is not accessible, please hold on to your waste until one becomes available. Very importantly, follow the rules of the road. Last but not least, remember to carry ID with you.

Requirements:  We ask participants to sign a waiver, wear ID on them, and SMILE!
