Morton's Neuroma

What Is It?

A burning sensation or pain felt most often between the 3rd and 4th toes – but can also be felt between the 2nd and 3rd or 4th and 5th.

What Causes It?

Pronated foot motion that causes irritation of the nerves that run between each toe, pain can be increased by improper footwear with a narrow or pointed toe box. Activities that place high pressure on the forefoot can also be a cause of this ailment.

How Can I Treat It?

  • Use of a Superfeet insole to properly distribute pressure across the metatarsal  heads and underneath the forefoot.
