New Balance Vongo

By John Fabbro, Fleet Feet Owner

NB VongoinaboxA lot of things have to happen "right" to make a shoe successful.  It takes good technology, a functional design, nice esthetics and a great feel when you try it on.  The Vongo has all those characteristics and it is worth putting your foot in a pair. You'll find out New Balance is no longer your father or mother's running shoe company.  New Balance is doing everything right.  The Vongo is evidence of that.

It the first stability shoe with a Fresh Foam midsole.  The Vongo is designed to replace the New Balance 870.  Wearers of the Brooks Ravena, Saucony Guide, or Nike Lunar Glide will find a similarly supported trainer that feels lighter yet still plush.  The midsole is designed in an innovative way to add stability without addition of a firmer second density.  This allows for a smoother, more natural ride with a less noticeable yet still supported stability component.

The Vongo is selling well and we're getting positive customer feedback.  It might be YOUR next shoe!
