You Can Do It

No Boundaries 5K Spring Training Program

No Boundaries focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 10 weeks! It can also help existing runners meet new performance goals. Along the way we'll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others! We meet on Wednesdays, 6:30pm at Edgemont Park.LEARN MORE!


No Boundaries 5K Fall Training (NoBo D'oh) Fast or Finish

No Boundaries 5K Fall Training is perfect for beginners who want to finish their first fall 5k.  Our goal race is the Doughnut 5K in early December, hence our nickname "NoBo D'oh.

This year we are adding a component to our tried and true format.  Repeat No Boundaries class participants who would like to try for a faster 5K race or continue building their endurance will have the opportunity to add an additional speed focus to the training. Keep an eye on the website for further details.  Offered once a year during the fall, the next NoBo D'oh program begins September 29, 2018 on Saturday mornings, 9:00 AM at Anderson Park. LEARN MORE!
