KICK OFF MEETING for 2017 TBA, at Fleet Feet Sports, Montclair
Train for a 15K whether it is your first or if you want to increase your speed at the 15K distance! The program gears you up for our goal race, which is optional. The 2016 goal race was the ClintonTownship Country 15K Run on April 30, 2016.
Workout Times and Locations
- 8:00 am, Saturday group long run sessions at Fleet Feet Sports, Montclair
- 6:30 pm, Tuesday sessions at Brookdale Park - will include tempo runs, hill and speed work
Suggested Level Prior to Start of Program
- Registrants should be running 3-4 miles continuously, 3-4 times per week
- Coaches will help you find the pace that best suits your comfort level.
