The 10K Beyond Boundaries Training Program moves runners and walkers further along towards their fitness and running goals. We keep learning fresh with new training ideas, and a variety of informational and technical clinics are provided by the area's leading experts. The workouts last an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. As always we provide experienced and trained coaches & mentors to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey.
