Fridays throughout July
This 4-week class is a great way to tune-up your core strengthening moves during the summer "race" season. We'll concentrate on strengthening your lower back, hips, glutes and all the essential muscles of your core. A strong core encourages more efficient running form and fluid movement. The class offers brief descriptions of muscle groups, how they benefit from each movement, followed by a complete core workout. 45-minute class; exercise mat is required. Class size is limited to 20 participants.
