Ready to take your endurance running to the next level? Planning to run a marathon this fall? Whether you are running New York, Marine Corp, Bucks County or Philly (or anything in betw), this 14-week program is perfect for a late Oct/Nov endurance race. Our program is great for endurance newbies as well as those returning to the distance to bust through plateaus! Experienced coaches and mentors will motivate, inspire and lead you on your journey to accomplish your marathon goals.

Training Months - Late July thru November

  • Kick-Off / Info Meeting - Monday, July 15 at 7:00pm
  • TRAINING STARTS TUESDAY JULY 16th, 2019
  • Interval/Speed Training - (Note that location and time change in August.)
    • Tuesdays, July 16th, 23rd and 30th at Foley Field, Bloomfield 
    • Tuesdays, August 6th - October 29th, 6:30pm at Brookdale Park, Bloomfield 
  • Weekly Group Runs from Fleet Feet  
    • Thursday Evenings, 6:00pm
    • Sunday Mornings, 7:00am
  • Saturday Group Runs from Fleet Feet
    • September 7th - November 2nd, 7:30am
  • Long Supported Runs - Sundays, 7:00am: September 23rd, October 7th & October 21st
    • Meet at Fleet Feet Montclair
    • Marked routes w/Maps
    • Two aid stations
    • Physical Therapist

SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL

  • Run or run/walk 8 miles consecutively at a 14 min/mile pace or faster
  • Running a total of at least 20 miles weekly

  • $199 (does not include race registration)
  • Minimum Class Size Requirement - 12 participants
