We offer several options each week for everyone to enjoy FREE group workouts. All fitness levels and paces are welcome. No reservations required. Simply show up dressed to workout and you’re off!
THURSDAY NIGHT FUN RUN/WALK AT 6:00 PM
This is a friendly social group for walkers, run/walkers and runners. We run in the Fleet Feet Montclair neighborhood for one or two 3 mile loops (approximately 30-60 minutes). There are easy turn-around points for 1 mile (at James Street) and 2 miles (at Holland Terrace). All paces are welcome and there is enough or as little mileage as you desire! The route is flat, scenic and easy to navigate. Bring friends, family, co-workers or come alone. It's a great way to make new friends with similar fitness goals.
SUNDAY MORNING LONG RUNS AT 7:00 AM
This is a fun group of people who are either training for endurance events such as half marathons or marathons, or simply enjoy running longer distances. We run through parts of Montclair and park settings for 6-8+ miles (approximately 60-90+ minutes).
